Designed and implemented an automated monitoring and ticket closure system for the Cloverleaf integration engine and Remedy. This allowed for close to 55,000 tickets a year to be closed without intervention creating a 1.5 million dollar a year savings. This was done with a combination of BizTalk with SOAP as well as custom coding for Linux using Korn Shell and TCL. This carries an average of 25,000 messages per day. System was updated to use SQL connections using restful api connections instead. Developed an integration between a proprietary de-identification engine and Cloverleaf to allow for automated testing and connection creation between interior and exterior users. This software is currently in use by multiple teams within the enterprise to allow for an average saving of 80 man hours per integrated testing. This framework used both MLLP and other types of connectivity to verify stable connections and large volumes of messages ranging from 5,000 to 50,000. Helped with certification training of Team Members with Cloverleaf technologies as well as C#, ASP.NET, and api development.
