Desk Clerk at University of Iowa Housing & Dining

Help residents by giving out keys, cards, packages and information. Answer the phone and write up work orders for residents. Work as a liaison between residents and office workers.

Intern at Minnesota Youth Soccer Association

The big thing done was entering in game reports and sending out mail. The big project I worked on was organizing the state tournament. This involved sending out emails to all of the teams, checking in teams, entering in the scores from all of the games and helping with the scheduling of the games. Also helped with random takes such as answering phones, giving out player passes, organizing the back, helping at other tournaments, etc.
