Sharmell Smith is a hard-working individual that puts work and others before herself.Once she has objectives to master or apply, she goes to extreme lengths to achieve them. Many that know Sharmell Smith knows that this is how she operates. Recently, she has been given the opportunity to have a leadership role as Vice President in a non-profit organization. With this new role, it will increase her leadership skills and operate appropriately in a workplace environment.
