As an experienced professional with over nine years of diverse expertise in marketing, sales, e-commerce, branding, customer service, client relations, hiring, training, and development across franchise, multinational, and telecommunication companies, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my current role. As a master's graduated in Human Resource Development in Education, I am dedicated to applying theoretical insights to real-world experiences. Currently, working at Val group manufacturing company as Human Resource Intern to assist create safety training, onboarding process and develop new training for industrial safety via LMS system. At the Oiler Success Center, I excel in providing academic support, developing effective study strategies, time management skills, and career and educational planning, while efficiently managing administrative tasks. My summer internship at the Lakeside Association's Rhein Center has further honed my program coordination, customer service, and youth development abilities. I am passionate about fostering connections, enhancing organizational efficiency, and contributing to the growth and success of both individuals and teams.
