May, 31 2018 - DePauw UniversityI am a DePauw work-study student, with a position in the University's Art Center and Museum. I am responsible for unlocking and preparing the exhibits and gallery spaces for student, faculty, staff, and community visitors. I monitor security footage to ensure both the safety of our visitors and our collections, and make frequent rounds through the exhibitions.
I was responsible for on-time delivery of automotive parts to individual customers and businesses, taking inventory of the stock and merchandise, restocked and fronted the shelves on the show floor, and helped in the reorganization of the store.
Responsible for working as a cashier at the register, provided customers with samples, ensured overall customer satisfaction, and maintained clean and organized kitchen, storage, and dining areas.
Provided daily care for 25-40 goats for a local veterinarian's family. This involved twice-a-day care of cleaning and refilling stall water, mixing grain for adults, restocking hay, and feeding milk to the kids.
Family-owned business that I work for occasionally to provide assistance. I have installed monitors for the Henry County 911 Center, setup tablets and laptops for county government employees, organized and recorded product information into database, and maintained equipment inventory.
