Stephen Montgomery

I finished high school by winning our first state championship, and being later drafted by the Atlanta Braves.  I turned down their offer and accepted a scholarship to attend the University of Georgia.  After I tore my shoulder, I bounced around to different universities, continuing my education by way of athletic scholarship.  At my sixth college, Valdosta State University, I decided that it was time to hang up my glove and focus on my academic interests.  I fell in love with marketing, and understanding the mind of a consumer.  I originally came to Valdosta because their business school was small, and competitive, which I enjoyed.  I had not even dreamed that I would meet students and professors that are as amazing and as helpful as they are!
