Tasked to patrol assigned areas such as homes, businesses, and public roads for signs of disturbance and, as needed, apprehended offenders to later conduct interviews and interrogations
In emergencies, render aid to accident victims and other persons requiring first aid
Supervised small-medium sized teams to diligently monitor crowded public areas/events to mitigate criminal risks to promote safety
In charge of providing required training for the onboarding of police officers in the field training program
Solely responsible for training the entire police department of approximately 130 fellow officers to become radar operator certified

My team produced a survey for the Union County Reentry Task Force's strategic planning initiative. We, Kean University's MPA research team members, are conducting a Task Force member survey to get feedback, insights, and advice from its member agencies and partners. This survey asks Task Force members' assessment of the progress made after the two prior strategic plans. This survey also focuses on how the COVID-19 pandemic affected the Union County Reentry Task Force and its member agencies/partners. The results of this survey will be used to increase the effectiveness of the Task Force and make it more sustainable to help returning citizens successfully reintegrate into their community.
