Organize office and keep track of signed proposals, when deposits are paid, and when the final balance has been paid. Send receipts to customers as payments are made. Do product ordering for projects as they near and ensure timely payment to the distribution center.
Helped run the center store operations such as unloading trucks and restocking shelves. Worked on inventory controls so the company could order the correct amount of products. Worked on scheduling for center store and maintenance. Was being trained by Center Store Manager for displays of end caps as they needed to be changed according to corporate.
Ran all operations of the store. Oversaw the manager who did the ordering and checking in trucks as they came in. Verified all deposits were made and the bank put them in the correct account. I worked with the managers on hiring and did all orientations. I verified that the trainers were prepared and were able to train.I trained employees from lower level management into upper level management in order to take over the general manager position once I had left.
Worked with customers on providing them with a vehicle that suited their needs. Ran information to see if they were credit qualified and then negotiated with the customer on monthly price depending on the bank. Post financing I would walk customers through every aspect of the vehicle from bumper to bumper and went through all paperwork with customer to understand what is expected of them once the vehicle is delivered.
Ran all operations of store. Created crew and manager schedules, and did all reviews either in 6 months or a year depending on the level of employee. Controlled food costs by doing ordering and checking in trucks as they arrived. If any product was missing I investigated why and resolved the problem. Verified all deposits were taken to the bank and then ensured the bank deposited in the accounts correctly. I did interviews and orientations and verified who would be training them. I trained several team members in to lower level management and assistant managers.
Ran all operations of the store. Verified deposits were made daily, accounted for all inventory in the store and if anything was missing I would find out why. Checked in products as they arrived off of trucks and did the ordering. Created schedules for managers and crew alike.
