January, 27 2017 - University of DaytonAn internship with the prestigious Hancock Hotel gave me an off-campus opportunity in a real world professional setting to use the skills I had been cultivating on campus. It was a priceless time of growth and learning that I had not expected in only my first year of college.
Incorporating photography, digital marketing, direct marketing, and advertising into each social media post and image that is published on all Hancock Hotel media. Social media marketing through Facebook, Instagram, Constant Contact. I photographed images of the hotel, create posts for social media (a month in advance), as well as create some promotions/flyers for hotel held events. Several of which which published in, "The Courier" - Findlay's well-known newspaper.
Commiting 25+ hours per week to training, lifting and playing while maintaining a full academic course load. As a member of the varsity team that is starting and traveling across the Midwest and Southern states, I have learned the most efficient ways to manage my time. I feel very fortunate and blessed to have the experience to further my athletic career onto the collegiate level. It has taught me several lessons through team experiences and relying on not only yourself, but partially your teammates as well.
