As a part of the POLST leadership team, I am responsible for evaluating the current state, strategic planning for dissemination through identification of target groups, development of educational material and extensive hands on education of health care teams (including Physician practices, EDs and EMTs and public education. We are also involved in legislative efforts in policy decisions.
