January, 17 2017 - Verified by Curry CollegeMonitor dietary restrictions, form weekly schedules for employees, assist in company budget, serve lunch and dinner to residents, as well as provide companionship
I monitor all patients in my section, I assist patients with mobility and companionship as well as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. I also get to learn all medical terminology and how things work, as well as observer physicians and nurses doing their jobs.
Assist in disability care, work side by side with nurses and physicians to provide the best care, assist in lab procedure to determine infections, as well as assist in trach care, administering medications and mobility.
Most importantly I became part of a family and learned to communicate in a different way with someone who could not speak. Working here was a great life lesson.
