I am a return student, wife, and mom. On May 16, 2014, I graduated Summa Cum Laude with Distinction in Psychology from San Diego State University. In August I will begin the Master of Social Work, Direct Practice program also at SDSU. I am currently working as a research assistant in Dr. Vanessa Malcarne's Chronic Illness lab studying quality of life issues in scleroderma patients and cancer under the mentorship of Dr. Malcarne and Dr. Georgia Sadler through the Psychology Department of San Diego State University and UCSD Moore's Cancer Center.
