Hello, Ive over 500 weeks of experience in process, systems, and data analysis and enhancements through implementing various projects in the Banking, Mortgage, Insurance, Supply Chain, and E-Commerce industries. My experience includes being a Business Process Analyst that identified and mitigated gaps, built and improved communication channels, and increased the overall efficiency and strength of various business processes; Serving as an Agile Team Coach / Scrum Master with a proven track record of helping organizations transform to the agile framework by forming, coaching, and managing self-organizing, cross-functional teams; as well as performing as a Result-oriented Business Continuity Planner and Disaster Recovery Leader with the ability to guide teams to successful implementation and maturity of their Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery plans.
