I have worked on making the alternative service for all who have graduated high school inclusive. I have worked with hospitality and hosting. My responsibilities also included creating meaningful small group discussions, ice breakers and games that all can participate in to help create community.

Undergraduate Research Assistant at Miami University

I have assisted in the process of looking for bio-markers to detect pancreatic cancer at earlier stages then current test allow for since the fall of 2015. During this time I have been able to observe and partake in dozens of dissections. I have learned to stain and identify Pan-Ins for determining the stage of pancreatic cancer in histologies. I have also acquired knowledge of genotyping and how to use lab equipment such as the microtome, pH meter and NMR. I have been able to present findings and protocols through the teams weekly meetings and establish relationships with other researches.
