Senescent Wellness

Optimizing Health through Diet and Exercise One’s age does not determine an individual’s level of activity. The elderly population can engage in a variety of different physical activities; that boost the mind, aid in combating stress and decreasing risk factors for developing certain illnesses. We at Senescent Wellness also take into consideration the elderly diet and what foods one should consume to help lower the risk of developing ailments that pose as a detriment to the senior populace, the most significant being hypertension.
