Customers come into a store looking for something- a shirt, some shower gel, home decor. Whatever it is, they walk into a store expecting to browse. I feel that it is my job engage, inform, and entertain them. The customer is always first.
I listen to each customer to help them find the item that best suits their needs, not just help them find what they believe they want. I want them to leave loving their purchase.
I am currently a Top Seller at Bath & Body Works and White Barn, where I also go store to store collaborating with other associates to gain selling ideas and help them remodel.
