Gather, assemble, and format data and prepare preliminary analysis for budget preparation. Monitor individual and group projects. Analyze labor against budget. Maintain data and systems for budget tracking and reporting and generates reports. Prepares budget documents and presentation to VP of Operations. Billing Controls Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Gather labor time sheets from projects and ensure proper project allotment in the system. Communicate with project management of extra labor incurred in projects for proper billing. Follow up with account managers for open billing controls. Maintain record of aged trial balance by salesperson and projects. Prepare billing reports for VP of Operations, CEO, CFO and COO.
