Currently a Master's student in Information System in the Iowa State University looking to gain knowledge about data analytics and the latest technologies in Information Systems along with their implementation in the industries. Especially interested in the domain of Supply chain financing. I have previously provided Application Support for the Client Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) from Jan 2014 to July 2016. The name of the application is Maxtrad which is an internet based system that helps companies to manage their trade finance and Supply Chain Management services. The following are the various roles performed on the job. Participated in annual drill for Disaster Recovery; performed functional testing of backup servers to ensure application does not malfunction in emergency. Gathered business requirements from client; communicated and coordinated with onsite team to deliver the same. Suggested and implemented workaround for issues within the agreed Service Level Agreement and communicate the same to the stakeholders. Have conducted knowledge transfer sessions to both clients and beginners to the project. Successfully completed training in Advanced Java, JSP, JSF, EJB and Oracle (SQL and PLSQL) database technologies at Infosys Global Education Center, Mysore, June October 2013.
