Responsible for the direct supervision of two experienced professionals, coordination of diversity and inclusion training and events, as well as the recruitment of full-time and graduate professional staff members. In addition to directly supervising two Assistant Directors, I also indirectly supervise 13 full-time and graduate staff members, who work with approximately 2500 of the on-campus student population.
