Provides in-home services to youth who are at risk. Works with children and families to develop and build the skills necessary in order to achieve success, as per treatment plan.
Assist clients in gaining and utilizing skills such as behavior control, coping skills, interpersonal relationships, academic improvement, communication skills, appropriate interpersonal behavior, symptom management, and coping skills.
Documentation in an EHR online database and maintain regular communication with the client's team.
Developing Treatment Plan Goals (as indicated)

Advocating and helping students with disabilities and disciplinary issues receive appropriate services and appropriate representation at school-related hearings and appeals. Facilitate IEP referral process and attend all related meetings, and/or explore alternative schools with families.
Facilitate the school registration process, ensuring that the needs of students and families are met
Keeping close working relationships, with school districts all over Long Island and NYC DOE.
Staying up to date with changing educational policies and NYS Special Education Manual
Youth Event planning in person, day trips, and overnight and virtual events via Video conferencing platforms. Facilitating weekly/Monthly Youth Experiential programs.
