Presidential Student Ambassadors are to promote Penn College to prospective students and their families, as well as friends of the College. Ambassadors provide campus tours, clerical support for the Admissions Office, and assist other departments campus wide.

A Resident Assistant works as an advisor to individual students as well as an assistant in the general management of the residence hall. A Resident Assistant assists students in developing a residential community in the living unit. Staff and students work cooperatively to identify student needs and respond to the needs through a variety of activities, programs and interactions to enhance student development.

Student Development Assistants are student leaders who serve as an important link connecting Penn College to alumni, parents, and friends. This position utilizes an automated calling software to update contact information and secure donations for the Penn College Fund.
