I am currently working to finish my B.S. in computer science at Georgia State University by the end of May 2017. I am skilled in Java and am an eager learner. I am currently developing my skills as a full stack developer. I have touched both front end and back end technologies such as the MEAN stack. Breaking down computer software and designing them are things that I love about computer science. I am passionate in creating things that will help innovate and improve our way of life. I love brainstorming ideas for software; it is so similar to telling a good story.

Work Experience

2016 Summer IT Intern at The Home Depot

At The Home Depot, I worked in a team of four where we developed a SOS-Monitoring Application for POS systems: registers, self-checkouts, and FIRST Phones. I worked in an Agile Development Environment and was introduced to Cloud Computing using Pivotal Cloud Foundry as our cloud service provider. I also worked in a Test Driven Environment where I used Grunt and Karma as testing frameworks. At The Home Depot, I practiced continuous integration and continuous deployment through the use of Jenkins. My team and I participated in biweekly sprint planning and presentations to develop our application. Roles and Responsibilities Worked in a test driven development Developed with full stack technologies: Angular 2, NodeJS, JavaScript, Java, Gradle, and Solr Developed a Javaagent for The Home Depot Registers Operated in an Agile Environment
