● Provide general office support, including faxing, filing, copying, paying the bills, and ordering supplies. ● Handle all aspects of client billing, including overdue bills and bank disputed bills. ● Provide support to new members by helping them with the registration process and managing their data through the Excel based client database. ● Perform an advertising campaign to promote Shape and recruit new members by visiting local schools and discussing Shape advantages and offers. ● Process phone, email and Facebook inquiries, providing the requested information and directing people to the appropriate personnel. ● As a Key Holder, handle the responsibility of opening and closing the facility. ● Answer walk-in inquiries and provided tours of the facility.
