Zena Mohsen

I'm originally from Baghdad, Iraq. It's been more than five years since I have came to the States along with my parents. The struggles that I have faced throughout my educational path have made me become the person who I'm today. One of the greatest things that I appreciate is the value that America places on education and how much the hard work is valued. Pursuing my bachelor's degree from UALR is just the beginning of my education journey.

Thank you for making this country the amazing nation it is and the opportunities that I have by living here are the reason that makes us, my family and I, all feel better, safer and appreciated.
