Nectar Atlanta is a music and artist development platform created to support independent musicians. Through biannual showcases, Nectar strives to create a community between artists, fans, and other music professionals. Unifying each aspiring artist with a real community of fans, other artists, and creative professionals is what Nectar Atlanta was created to do. We work to make each showcase a well-respected stage and platform for each artist. Each Nectar showcase is tailored to acquaint a new audience with a new sound with each of the artists that perform. •Manages all daily operations (i.e. website and social platform updates, client correspondence, bookkeeping, funding researching, etc.) •Researches target market to find best business strategy for approach •Creates financial analyses of business checking accounts and uses analyses to plan future expenditures; synthesize findings and derive conclusions from analyses and make oral/written recommendations to marketing director •Preparing comprehensive financial plans for next fiscal year

● I shape our Guest’s personal journey through guest satisfaction and conflict resolution ● I handle all guest amenities for special occasions, including but not limited to birthdays, anniversaries, and weddings. ● I run daily reports in order to prepare and ensure all guest requests are accommodated ● Analyzes guest feedback and hotel service report via software such as: OnQ/The Lobby, Kipsu, OpenTable, GoConceirge, Hilton SALT, FPG Pulse, Nor1 Upgrades, CRM (Customer Really Matters) ● Works with revenue/upsell software to maximize profit and guarantee guest quality assurance ● Works with Front desk team to complete office administrative duties and guest service tasks ● As the ambassador, I cover a multitude of positions to guarantee excellent service at our property. This role has provided me with experience in most Front Office potions (i.e. Guest Servive Representative, Rooms Coordinator, Concierge, and Communications Agent)
