Ahmad has proven to be an adept and quick learner during his tenure with State Farm. In his current role he has been able to learn and effectively process our most difficult applications. He was chosen to process and manage our cancellation processing due to his quality and ability to work under tight Service Level Targets. Ahmad has shown to be flexible and is willing to assist where needed on a daily basis. Ahmad has shown a good understanding of our workflows and Excellence in Operations Management (EOM) in a short amount of time. His dedication to hard work and self-improvement are excellent. Ahmad is actively working to complete his Associate in General Insurance (AINS) while performing his current job duties at a high level.
