Adil Abbas

I am, currently, studying Bachelor in Business Administration - Entrepreneurship at Hofstra University, class of 2018. Also, a member of inaugural dual degree cohort Bachelor of Economics with a concentration in Global Business from the Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Dalian, China. I call both New York and New Delhi home and have built connections from country to country. I specialize in Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Merchandising. At Hofstra, I am the VP of Communication of Hofstra Start-ups (HUSU), a club at Hofstra University dedicated to transforming every idea into a business, and every student into a businessperson. I was the Secretary of Hofstra International Club (H*INT), the on-campus international club focused on helping students understand the different cultures, overcome the cultural shock, socialize and build connections in college life beyond the borders. I was also the treasurer of Muslim Student Association (MSA), which helps the students to keep up with their religious belief and also help them meet other Muslim people on campus, thereby making a small community.
