Baruch S. Blumberg Institute domestic and international student summer science enrichment program
International students: I along with 3 other Masters students organized 4 workshops to hold for one hour once a week for the international students from China. Through these workshops, we informed the international students the general American college application process, TOEFL exam, resume writing, personal statement writing, and the importance of being engaged in extra-curricular activities among others.
Domestic students: Organized a similar workshop designed to encourage and assist high-school students in the path to college except, I designed this workshop for students from the United States of America who do not have to take additional steps such as gaining student Visa and taking the TOEFL.

Showcase at Internal Medicine 2017.
Selected to be a judge at the 2017 Lehigh Valley Science Research
Competition in the Medicine and Health division where I evaluated the
scientific research of students based on the scientific method guidelines.
Provide free hands on medical and dental care, as well as an
oral presentation on dental health and decay prevention to
Haitian/Dominican residents of resource scarce villages called
Bateyes. Providing free medical and dental care in the bateyes
yearly has helped improve the overall health of the residents as
patient specific preventative care plans are also created.
New England Undergraduate Sociology Research Conference
Presented my research “Will Extending Instructional Time in Schools
be a Benefit, or a Mistake?” This research focused on the effectiveness
of extending grade school hours in the United States. This research found
that factors such as parental support, financial assistance, access to
academic support and academic resources is a key player at ensuring higher
scores on standardized testing and overall improvement of student academic performance.

Medical Assistant at Boston Pain Clinic
As a Medical Assistant, I provide hands on assistance to the practice Physicians during both invasive pain management procedures and noninvasive pain management care plans.
I also developed a chronic care management program to create proactive and preventative care plans for chronically ill patients with Medicare/Medicaid insurance. This program has helped patients with limited access to care to receive prescription medication and to attend Doctor Visits by having an assigned patient care coordinator.

Currently Co-authoring a review article on "Engineering the microbial platform for the production of biologics and small-molecule medicines" to be published in the Frontiers Journal. The results found that using natural products are a great way to produce biologics and small molecules and can be feasible by taking steps such the use of technologically advanced procedures and selecting the appropriate efficient and cost-effective medium

Conducting research on the effect that the specialty of a provider has on the rate of prescription of habit forming CNS psycho-stimulant medication to the adolescent ADHD population.
