Responsibilities include training new team members on various positions throughout the restaurant, becoming certified in company training procedures, attending trainer meetings, conducting team member evaluations, and assuming regular duties of a team member (listed below)

Position involves executing strategies to move students from inquiry to applicant for all Institute events; serving as primary contact for students in the application process and maintain student file with a specific focus on summer events; providing assistance to Operational Services by supporting the enrollment efforts to increase Gap Year, Masters, and summer experience applications with qualified candidates Responsibilities include working with enrollment team to achieve annual student recruitment goals for all Institute experiences, with a primary responsibility toward summer experiences through varied marketing and recruiting efforts such as, but not limited to, regular travel, lead generation, lead follow-up, and strong customer service experiences; coordinating and executing quality customer experiences and onboarding for summer experiences consistent with Impact 360 standards and expectations; receiving and hosting on-campus guests during special events including Interview/Preview Days, Speaker Series, Move-In Day, and Commissioning; assuming responsibility for all other duties as assigned by the Director of Operational Services

Main responsibility was serving guests through working the register, taking orders, delivering food, maintaining the dining room area, and receiving guests' requests.
