Andrew Rathbun

Majored in Marketing
Fairleigh Dickinson University, Class of 1996
From High Bridge, NJ
My approach has always been centered on the concept of if you do the right thing for the client, everything else takes care of itself. By applying a client centric lens to product management and focusing marketing and communications efforts to engage clients where theyre at and how they want to be connected with I continually work to deliver strong connections between the firm and its clients. In most of my experiences I've had to work cross functionally in order to achieve success. Whether it is working with marketing and communications professionals on the development of promotional campaigns, distribution specialists on the logistics of delivering new tools to financial advisors or legal personnel to ensure compliance, regardless of the area, I easily develop strong working relationships to help drive mutually beneficial solutions for clients and the firms I've worked for. Specialties: Marketing strategy, writing, public speaking, project management, team building
