My strengths make me a person that likes to solve problems. One of them, restorative, allows me to be energized to solve issues when they appear. It basically means that I am motivated to solve a problem. Arranger is a strength that describes people that enjoy solving problems after managing a lot of variables and doing so in the most efficient way. It also has to do with being the leader towards solving issues. Developer means that I enjoy helping others so that they can improve while finding the solution to a problem, and that I see the potential in them. It also says that I like creating strong bonds with the people close to me, which is necessary for a field such as engineering. Another strength I have is being consistent, and this could easily relate to this area of study. I believe that for being an engineer, these qualities are very important because it is a field in which communication, teamwork, motivation, and organization are required. I chose engineering because it is an everchanging field, something that I will be good at, and that hopefully will make every day a new experience.
