Alexandra Capobianco

I have exceptional written and oral communication skills from my 10+ years of customer service and 5+ years of management experience. I am well versed in data quality analysis and auditing. Combined experience in both office settings and retail sales/management has afforded me the ability to strategically and creatively solve problems, communicate with peers and clients, and engage actively in team building activities. My education backround in communication studies at the University of Minnesota has strengthened my aptitude in public relations, business communication, marketing, mass communication, advertising, persuasion, and technical writing. My current GPA is 3.9, and my anticipated graduation date is December, 2018. I have achieved inclusion on the Chancellors List (Fall, 2017) for academic excellence. I obtained my Associates in Arts degree from Normandale Community College in 2016, with a combined GPA of 3.95. I graduated with high honors and was an active member of Phi Theta Kappa National Honor's Society.
