I worked in the retail store as well as the studio (where most clothes were made and then shipped out to wholesale accounts) learning about the many tasks involved in retail as well as wholesale. -Interacted with customers at the retail store -Attracted customers to enter the store by sharing information about Jill McGowan Inc. and providing sample clothing items -Prepared shipments for wholesale accounts, created labels -Checked inventory frequently for wholesale and store use -Prepared clothing items for retail store by tagging, steaming, ironing and bar-coding the clothes -Finished the spec sheets for various shirts -Helped Jill make an inspiration board for Spring 2015 -Answered phone calls when needed
