As a dedicated human services professional, I am passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and communities. With a solid track record of providing compassionate and effective support, I excel in fostering strong relationships with clients and demonstrating excellent communication skills. My in-depth understanding of the social services landscape enables me to navigate complex challenges and effectively advocate for those in need. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Human Services and Advocacy at Southern New Hampshire University. In my role as a case manager with Volunteers of America Massachusetts, I have the privilege of serving veterans and their families across the Cape and Islands, as well as Plymouth County. My background includes experience as a re-entry case manager, as well as expertise in human resources, healthcare management, and customer service. I am eager to continue my journey in the human services field, dedicated to making a lasting difference in the lives of those I serve.
