I have aspirations to be either a physical therapist or an occupational therapist. I intend on going to graduate school for one of the two programs in 2020. Regardless of where my degrees take me, I plan on dedicating my life to helping others and providing them with a healthier life while being their support system and motivator.

The effect of a respiratory training mask on respiratory sinus arrhythmia.

To demonstrate the effect, if any, a respiratory training mask that is intended to enhance performance with athletes on breathing rate and heart rate variability. The respiratory training mask is ideal in that it strengthens the respiratory muscles involved with breathing. *Presented at NHINBRE 2018.
