Contracting work when needed on tour - Assisting customers with the ordering process, answering any questions customers may have, editing photos using photoshop and printing photo prints, constant monitoring incoming orders and fulfilling them as needed, taking cash payments for orders not bought on account and marking as paid in the system, assisting owners when needed.

Hostess Initially performed duties as hostess which included welcoming customers, providing general information, managing customer buzzer system and communicating with manager on duty. Position expanded to include duties as a Cashier which involved handling all cash transactions for the restaurant and required maintenance of a balanced and accurate cash drawer. Multitasking skills were required to handle phone calls, cash transactions, processing take-out orders, merchandise sales, and assisting customers. Also, was responsible for reviewing servers revenue reports at the end of their shifts and verifying their accuracy. Periodically was tasked with taking on the managerial role of strategically coordinating and assigning customer seating, as well as handling any customer concerns. Lastly, transitioned to performing as a server, which includes introducing the restaurant menu to customers, taking their orders, and entering them into an online system, coordinating the delivery of meals to customers in a timely and efficient manner. These duties are performed at a high volume restaurant that accommodates approximately 1,000 customers a night during peak season.
