Created a market analysis looking at the effect the Millennial generation will have on commercial and residential real estate and how to best market to them. Gained experience in project development through Sierra Pointe Apartments, as well as experience in leasing and tax-credit application. Presented Millennial research to executive staff and apartment managers.

Work all football game days assisting with Cyclone Experience and other in-game promotions.
