The iPhone® app makes it easier than ever for individuals to keep track of their sleep care plan and monitor activities that significantly affect sleep efficiency. SleepIsle also provides insights that help people better compare and contrast different activities to their mood post sleep. It's a WWDC Scholarship winning app and has been used and downloaded in over 70 countries by over 5000 unique users.
