- Be the main point of contact for theatre patrons and performers.

- Direct the flow of traffic in the theatre lobby.
- Check the vaccination and negative test status of theatre patrons.
- Monitor activity in the theatre and enforce policy (such as wearing masks and disallowing food and drink).
- Perform stage change activities, including operating the lift built into the stage.
