I have been working in the healthcare industry since I was 17 years old, after I received my CNA certification my senior year in high school. While trying to achieve my license, my clinicals set the foundation for my career path and reassured me that taking care of others is what I want to do for the rest of my life. As a nursing student at Bradley, I take pride in my red scrubs and give the best holistic care for my patients.
Not only do I care for my patients and help them grow stronger, but I also tutor for underclassmen taking microbiology and anatomy and physiology. I am able to help set their foundation for understanding the human body and give advice on the upcoming years.
When I'm not studying or working, you can find me at Markin where I teach group fitness classes and have practices for the Bravettes Dance Team. Through my group fitness class, I am able to help students challenge their limits and push them to grow physically and mentally. As a dancer on the Bravettes, I enjoy attending the Bradley Men's Basketball games and uniting Bradley and Peoria's community together!
