Last year, as a member of the IIE Grand Prix Team, I was able to be a part of a great Purdue tradition, and was able to learn a lot about mechanics in helping to build the cart with the team. The next semester I was on the IE ambassadors board. It allowed me to reach out to Purdue IE alumni as well as potential Purdue students. IIE has given me an opportunity to be more involved in the school of IE at Purdue. I have gotten to know my professors and fellow students much better through IIE.
