Anthony Asaad was a visiting researcher studying hypertensive receptors. He would care for both Wild Type and Knock Out mice, then operated on them to dissect appropriate tissues. Afterwards, Anthony Asaad would preserve, and analyze the different tissues using various biological techniques.

Anthony Asaad was a full time researcher, investigating human memory, cognition, and attention. His roles included limited programming using MATLAB software, recruitment of participants, analysing and interpreting statistical data, presenting his research findings in groups, attending poster sessions, editing articles written for publication, and leading groups discussions. Anthony also trained and taught new lab members in the lab.

Anthony Asaad, fills prescriptions, dispenses medicine, supplies medicine both over and under the counter medications, and interacts with the sick patients. He is actively involved and is attentive to details especially when dispensing the medication to make sure the dosage, quantity, and name of the drug matches the description of the prescription. Anthony Asaad also helps customers while under the surveillance of the pharmacist to help suggest brands and types of over the counter medication. During his shifts he is very empathic to all patients that comes to the pharmacy knowing that not everyone has insurance to cover their expensive drugs. He also tries to run different types of medications to different insures if possible to see which insurance will pay the most, saving patients a lot of money. Anthony is also actively learning different types of drugs, what they are used for, and their respective side effects.

Anthony Asaad manages an Adult Foster Home Care facility keeping up with current changing statutes, regulations, and codes. Anthony organises paper work for yearly state, and county inspections, and makes sure the facility is up to code. He also creates, and manages paper work for each of his residents. These documents include things like medication management, medical, and financial documents. Besides managing the business aspect, he also cares for his residents. He is a patient-advocate during medical appointments, and assists medical professionals with the treatment and diagnosis of his residents. He consistently tries to improve patient quality by acting as a psychological mentor, and by listening to his residents’ concerns. Anthony Asaad manages various activities for the residents throughout the day, and creates an overall comfortable environment for each. For the times Anthony Asaad is not at the facility, he is effectively leading the team and delivering the best quality of life for each of the residents.
