I am currently an undergraduate at the University fo Iowa studying Criminal Justice. Next fall, I plan to attend the University of Iowa while in Graduate School for the Social Work Program. Academic and athletics are both important in my life, and something I am passionate about. I am involved with an on campus organization within athletics that desires to bring change, awareness, and support to student athletics. I participate as much as I can in the community, hoping to leave an impact on those I come into contact with. I am hard working, dedicated, and determined in all that I do.

Student Intern at Linn County Juvenile Detention

During Summer 2019, I interned at the Linn County Juvenile Detention Center. I worked around 24 hours a week, my responsibilities included monitoring the pod areas, participating in activities with the residents, punching points on cards, etc.
