Ashley Droppelman

I became a state tested nurse aide in 2016 after I graduated high school. I work as an aide to help me gain knowledge of the nursing field while I go through school. I have learned how to effectively communicate with people while acting as an emotional support system for residents and their family. Patience is a trait I have acquired over the years along with professionalism.
