Ashton Trevino

I am a Senior at the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business studying Business Management with a Specialization in Entrepreneurship. I have a double Associate's degree in Business and Hospitality Management with a Specialization in Conference, Meeting, and Event Planning. On the Dean's Student Advisory Council, I represent the student body and serve as a consultant to Dean Victor Mullins to cultivate a long-term strategy for student transition, engagement, admissions, and programming. My professional experience is dense with customer relations, communication capabilities, and an incredible capacity of multi-tasking and time management. My particular experience working with Bold Concepts, Inc. has given me immense knowledge in federal government contracting, current federal government market/industry trends, proposal creation and analysis, and experience working candidly with department directors. My experience in both the hospitality industry and the federal construction industry has provided me with a substantial foundation in critical thinking, an ability to convey my thoughts clearly, balance competing priorities and deliver on commitments. I have an extremely passionate work ethic which enables me to work independently as well as be a committed leader. I have consistently led and motivated a team throughout all jobs held to reach established goals, ensured results oriented attention to detail, and mandated tasks with accuracy while operating in a high pressure environment.
