My college journey started out a bit strangely. In March of 2021 I was promoted at my retail banking job, to which I had to go to a mandatory training. This training, however, was filled with information that I had already acquired in my two years being employed there. While bored and trying to find something to do, I came across webinars about Data Analytics, so I put them on and did some much needed cleaning during my downtime in training. It didn't take long for me to become fascinated with the subject, so I spent the next four months researching coding and other subjects related to Data Analytics. In August of 2021 I chose, on my lunch break, to apply for college and was immediately accepted. I told my mom that night and she then mentioned it on a call with her big boss from NY (within the same company) and he took that information and ran with it. Within a week I had a one-on-one with him and he decided that I would be a good addition and gave me many tips for college life. At first I was using my half hour lunch to get my work done, I'd do my reading during lunch and my worksheets before or after work. Having that boss promising me a position was my main motivation, I couldn't let him down. Within two months he opened a position for me and by November 2021 I had started in his group. Now I spend my days working from home, on my 3rd ladder step towards my goal. I use my lunch hour to turn around and work on my projects and discussions, and I am thriving in my new position. On top of that, I have been "Clepping" classes, or paying to take the final and getting credit if I pass. I'm two down and plan to CLEP 8-12 classes by August of 2027, some being core classes, some being electives. And I hope to CLEP enough classes to graduate with my BS in Data Analytics with a focus on Project Management before I turn 30 years old in September of 2027.

We help open, service, and close US accounts for Canadian business customers that wish to have the ability to transfer between Canada and the US. I review documentation, perform transfers, answer questions, fill out documentation, track overdrafts, research issues, open/close accounts, and perform account maintenance.
