Addressed performance, accessibility and compatibility issues with established systems while referring identified issues to vendors where needed and tracked resolutions.
Handled and completed multiple complicated and time-sensitive 3D Printing requests from students on a daily basis.
Trained students and taught them the basics of 3D printing through one on one training sessions and events carried out by the Penfield library at Oswego.
Kept track of and assisted my supervisor avail and introduce the library's "Maker services" that include Raspberry Pis, Arduinos, Littlebits, Snap Circuits and other similar gadgets to students and members of the local community.
Worked on the college library's documentation on 3D Printing to help current and future employees and students work with basics of 3D printing.
