The Potential for Geographic Expansion: An Analysis of Dollar General
This research focused on Dollar General’s business plan to determine who their target market is and if their current locations are within suitable areas. Incorporating knowledge of location intelligence into this research, I was able to then recommend potential locations not only for store locations, but for distribution center locations as well.
