My responsibilities include fulfilling orders, communicating with drivers and upper management, communicating with customers and making small sales (mostly walk-in sales), maintaining the plant and completing end of day records and paperwork.
I served as a Bobcat Ambassador for the Frostburg State University's Admissions Office. I was responsible for conducting tours to prospective students and their families as well as answer questions pertaining to the campus and life as a college student. I was acknowledged on several occasions by tour groups for knowledge, confidence and ability to be open and relate to the prospective students.
I worked as a Building Manager in the Lane University Center. I had several responsibilities including the management and oversight of building operations and events taking place within the building, the understanding and when necessary implementation of emergency procedures, the management of student staff and the serving professional and student clientele as well as outside groups.
I was responsible for attending the Information Desk at the Lane University Center which saw me answering phones, communicating with clientele, answering questions, and on occasion receiving/sending fax or making change. I was also tasked with working the Lane University Center Game Room which involved serving clientele, maintaining a clean environment, interacting with clientele, solving technical issues and on occasion conflict resolution.
