Maintained an average inventory control of one-half of the goal set by upper-management (.3% against .6%). This was achieved by setting control/verification systems in place, investigating theft and taking action accordingly.  Supervised a staff of up to 50 employees during peak times alongside of acting in a Senior Management (Theatre Level) capacity supervising up to 5 non-senior managers during peak times.  Developed and trained employees as well as newly promoted managers the duties and job descriptions of all roles within the theatre. Includes, but not limited to, concession, box office, usher, projection, inventory, hiring/suspending and counseling, etc.  Successfully increased Market Share with supervision of upper-management by aggressive/strategic exhibition planning.  Used market analysis to successfully predict slow periods vs busy periods. This helped control COGS by limiting inventory/supply/operating purchases during off-seasons.
